Use of hemp tea:
The optimal amount of tea for a cup is 0.5 g or 1 tbsp. One litre of water requires 2-3 grams of tea.
Add tea in to cup of boiling water, leave it for 4-6 minutes (according to taste). Then let the hot water extract all the essential oils and flavours from the tea leaves.
Tea can be flavoured with honey, lemon, or sugar to your taste.
The only rule for preparing this tea is to use fat (coconut oil, cream, milk, etc.) because the beneficial cannabinoids are fat-soluble and are only assimilated by the body with it.
Tea can be brewed several times.
