Composition: Raspberry 100% dried, ground.

Place of Origin: Lithuanian farm.

Storage conditions: store tightly closed in a dry place. Prevent from the long-term direct stream of light because the product may discolor and lose nutritional properties.

 

Use: Pour 1-2 teaspoons of powder into a glass and pour hot, but not boiling water, mix. The powder can also be added to juices, cocktails, yoghurts and ice cream.

Suggested uses: Perfect for baking, ice cream, cereals, porridge, smoothies, shakes or anything else that would require a great fruit flavour and aroma or just some natural sweetness. Often used in place of sugar where the sweet taste is replaced with natural fruit flavour. A favourite for blending with protein powders to create all naturalfruit flavoured protein shakes.

 
RECIPE: "Hearty smoothie"
Ingridients:
  • 2 big bananas (or 2 big pears)
  • 1 tbsp. raspberry powder
  • 240 ml water or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 0,5 tsp. lemon balm powder
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Put into glasses, garnish with lemon balm powder.
Raspberries contain a large amount of mineral salts, which help to control the heart rate.
