Ingredients:
- 400 g cooked or canned chickpeas
- 2 spoons of tahini paste
- 1-2 t.s. beetroot powder
- 4 spoons of water
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- 2 spoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- a pinch of salt
Preparing:
Pour all the ingredients for the humus into an electric chopper bowl and grind to a smooth creamy mass. Taste to see if anything is missing.
Delicious to eat with carrots, various bread, cucumbers.
