2. Hand harvested and selected
3. Deep freezing
4. Dried at a low temperature to save almost all vitamins and minerals
5. Accumulated berry juice is collected during drying process
6. Pour into 0.5 l bottles and quickly freeze

During the season, the berries are dried immediately, not frozen.
