Tansy

Tansy naturally contains bitter substances, essential oils, flavonoids and other plant polyphenols that contribute to its strong aroma and distinctly bitter taste. This plant has a long history of use in traditional herbal blends.

Organic Ceylon cinnamon

Ceylon cinnamon naturally contains aromatic cinnamaldehyde and plant polyphenols, while providing significantly less coumarin than cassia cinnamon. These compounds contribute antioxidant value and add a warm, aromatic character to the diet.

Wormwood

Wormwood naturally contains bitter compounds such as absinthin, essential oils, flavonoids and other bioactive plant substances.
