So for us it's ice cream, and you can come up with a lot of improvisations. In a word, we always have frozen bananas in the freezer. Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ tsp spearmint leaf powder
- 1 sp. of coconut milk solids
- A handful of chopped chocolate
Preparing:
Blend everything until smooth and enjoy.
Instead of coconut milk, you can use natural or Greek yogurt, as well as add a teaspoon of nut cream.
