Ingredients:
* 1 glass - 200 ml
- 2 tiles of black chocolate
- ½ glass of cashews (soaked overnight)
- 3 sp. maple syrup
- ¼ silken tofu (about 100 g.)
- 2 ½ t.s. spearmint powder
Preparing:
- Cover the selected dish with baking paper or use silicone form.
- Melt half chocolate and spread in a thin layer in a selected dish. Wait until it will be firm (available in the freezer).
- While chocolate cures, shake the cashew, tofu, maple syrup and spearmint powder in a mixer (the sweetness and taste of spearmint can be adjusted to your liking). Spread the filling on the stiff chocolate. Leave in the freezer for about 15 - 20 minutes, until the filling is slightly thickened.
- Dissolve the remaining chocolate and distribute it on the filling. Carefully, hot chocolate may cause the filling to melt, so it's important that layers don't mix.
- Leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours to allow all layers to freeze completely.
- Cut into pieces. Best cut with a hot knife (for exmpl. soaking it in a glass of hot water). After each cutting knife should be cleaned and re-warmed.
